TiO2 is a photocatalyst (light activated) and requires no additional maintenance or energy once applied.
On interior surfaces, TiO2 decomposes organics such as VOCs, mold spors and viruses and bacteria including E-Coli and MRSA. On Exterior surfaces, TiO2 decomposes orgainics such as oils including diesel and will not allow these substances to embed in the surface making the building "self cleaing". TiO2 also oxidizes pollution about 9 feet from the treated surface.

There is absolutely no
There is absolutely no greenwashing going on here. This product has been used in Japan for decades to fight SARS and other viruses.
The USA is behind in catching on to this technology which could help reduce global warming.
